The second tier payout is 5% on a sale.

Payout is on the 15th of each month. No minimums.
Spam mail is not allowed and will result in the deletion of your account and a loss of any payouts remaining at that time.
Any affiliate found to be using spam emails will also be held liable both legally and financially to the fullest extent of current laws.
